Total voting rights

Following the admission today of 11,777,854 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), the Company's issued share capital consists of 27,569,631 Ordinary Shares. This total includes the 9,000,000 Ordinary Shares issued to Torchlight under the Proposal approved by shareholders at the General Meeting on 29 July 2019.

The Company does not hold any treasury shares. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 27,569,631 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
