Posting of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
 
Kelso, the main market listed acquisition vehicle, announces that the Company's Annual Report & Accounts, along with the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today and will be available shortly on the Company's website: https://kelsoplc.com/
 
The AGM will be held at the offices at the offices of DWF Law LLP, 20 Fenchurch St, London EC3M 3AG on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
