Kendrick Resources Plc (LSE: KEN), the mineral exploration and development company, announces that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company ("AGM") will be held at Druces LLP, 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NG on Friday 19 June 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
 
If you plan to attend in person, we would appreciate prior confirmation by email to info@kendrickresources.com prior to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday 17 June 2026 to allow us to plan appropriately.
