Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Kendrick Resources Plc announces that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be
held at 11:00 a.m. on 23 August 2022 at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great
Queen Street, London, WC2B 5DG.

 

The Notice of AGM, Chairman's Letter and Form of Proxy will be posted to
shareholders today. A copy of the Notice of AGM and Chairman's Letter will
shortly be available on the Company's website at

If you plan to attend in person, please provide prior confirmation by email to
info@kendrickresources.com prior to 11.00 a.m. on Monday 22 August 2022 to
