Result of 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

Kendrick Resources Plc (LSE:KEN), the mineral exploration and development
company, announces that at its 2025 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held
earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM were duly
passed.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2R, copies of the resolutions passed
will be submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage
Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at
