Kendrick Resources Plc (LSE:KEN)  a mineral exploration and development
company with vanadium, nickel and copper projects in Scandinavia announces
that at its 2023 AGM held earlier today, all resolutions as set out in the
Notice of AGM and Supplemental Notice of AGM were passed.
