Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

Dec 29 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2030 GMT on
Thursday:
** China Fortune Land Development Co 600340.SS has agreed
to sell equity interest and debt in four property units worth
12.4 billion yuan ($1.8 billion) to a unit of China Resources
Land Ltd (CR Land) 1109.HK , the companies said.
** Polish utility PGE PGE.WA will buy the owner of PKP
Energetyka in a 1.91 billion zloty ($433 million) deal, it said
on Wednesday, taking one of the country's biggest energy groups
back under state control.
** Brazilian oil company Petroreconcavo SA RECV3.SA has
agreed to buy Maha Energy's MAHAa.ST subsidiary in the Latin
American country, the companies said on Wednesday, driving
shares in the Brazilian firm higher, in another step in its
ongoing expansion.
** Chinese state refiner Sinopec Corp 0386.HK600028.SS
said on Thursday its Hongkong subsidiary has acquired a 49%
stake in Thailand's Susco Dealers Company Limited to expand fuel
retail business there.
** India's Eicher Motors Ltd EICH.NS said on Thursday
that it would
buy nearly 10.35% stake
in Spanish electric mobility company Stark Future SL for 50
million euros ($53.19 million).
** Private equity firm BC Partners said on Thursday it
has agreed
to acquire a majority stake in Madison Logic
, a provider of business-to-business digital marketing
services.
