The group said on Wednesday it signed a new 25-year contract with Venezuela's PDVSA to develop oilfield Junin 5. Under the deal, which makes the Italian group the sole operator of Junin 5, Eni and PDVSA will invest $1.5 billion a year to develop the field, targeting a production of 400,000 barrels a day by the end of this decade, two sources said.

Shareholders in the Italian beauty manufacturer are selling around 6 million shares, representing a 6.2% stake, through an accelerated bookbuild, in a deal valued at about €83 million, a bookrunner said on Wednesday.
