Singapore's Keppel Infrastructure Trust lifts debt programme limit to $2.3 billion

April 21 (Reuters) - Keppel Infrastructure Trust KEPL.SI said on Tuesday that its trustee-manager, Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte Ltd, has raised the limit of its multi-currency debt issuance programme to S$3 billion ($2.36 billion) from S$2 billion.

Here are a few details:

The Singapore-listed infrastructure trust said the revised programme will allow it to issue notes and perpetual securities in Singapore dollars, U.S. dollars or other agreed currencies, subject to regulatory compliance.

Proceeds from future issuance will be used to finance or refinance acquisitions and investments, asset enhancement works and general corporate purposes, and refinance group borrowings, the statement said.

DBS Bank Ltd DBSM.SI and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited OCBC.SI are the arrangers and dealers for the programme.
