Postponement and New Date for Shareholder/Investor Meeting and Presentation

 

Keras Resources (AIM:KRS) announces that due to delays in the renewal of
Graham Stacey's visa permitting him to visit the UK there is a need to
postpone the previously scheduled investor and shareholder presentation, set
for the 28 June 2022.  The presentation will be rearranged for Thursday 28
July 2022 at 18:00hrs with a Q&A session and drinks reception to follow
thereafter. The venue remains the same, Davys at St James', Crown Passage,
Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 6QY.

 

As previously outlined, the presentation, which will be made available to all
shareholders prior to the meeting, will provide an update on progress at
its wholly owned, Diamond Creek high-grade phosphate operation, Utah,
USA, as the Company continues to build its position in the fast-growing
organic phosphate to fertiliser market, as well as an overview of plans for
the business going forward.

 

Keras' Board apologises for the change of date but welcomes the opportunity to
host the meeting and meet with shareholders and prospective investors on
Thursday 28 July.*

 

*Please note this event may be rearranged should this date be impacted by
further train strikes.
