Shareholder/Investor Meeting and Presentation

 

Keras Resources plc (AIM: KRS), announces it will be hosting a presentation,
followed by a Q&A session and refreshments, for shareholders and
investors, at 11:00hrs on Tuesday 13 September 2022 at the offices of Memery
Crystal, 165 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2DY.

 

The presentation, which will be made available to shareholders prior to the
meeting, hosted by Graham Stacey, CEO and Russell Lamming, Chairman, will
provide an update on progress at its high-grade organic phosphate operation,
Diamond Creek, Utah, USA, as the Company continues to build its position in
the fast-growing US organic phosphate to fertiliser market. It will also
provide an overview of plans for the business going forward.

mine in Utah, US. Diamond Creek is one of the highest-grade organic phosphate
deposits in the US and is a fully integrated mine to market operation with
