Issue of Fee Shares
Keras Resources plc (AIM: KRS) announces that it has issued 400,000 new
ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price
of 3.75 pence per new Ordinary Share in lieu of payment of £15,000 for
professional advisory services to SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP.
Admission and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made for the 400,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on or around 7 February 2024.
Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise
80,497,177 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. This figure of 80,497,177
Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the United
Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority.
