Management Change
Keras Resources plc (AIM: KRS) announces the resignation, with immediate
effect, of CEO Graham Stacey who will be leaving the Company for family
reasons. Non-Executive Chairman Russell Lamming will take up an interim
executive role until a suitable replacement has been identified. Mr Stacey
will remain available to the Company in a consulting capacity to ensure a
smooth handover.
Russell Lamming, Chairman of Keras commented, "I would like to thank Graham
for his significant contributions to the Company both in his initial role as a
COO and his recent CEO role. He has been pivotal in the development of our
100% subsidiary, Falcon Isle Resources and has overseen the development of the
standalone, wholly owned processing facility in Delta, Utah and the key joint
venture with Phosul LLC. We wish him well with his future endeavours."

mine in Utah, US. Diamond Creek is one of the highest-grade organic phosphate
deposits in the US and is a fully integrated mine to market operation with
in-house mining and processing facilities. Keras's 100% held subsidiary Falcon
Isle Resources Corp. ("FIR") recently entered into a 50/50 Joint Venture with
Idaho-based PhoSul LLC to produce PhoSul®, a certified organic 240 SGN
granule tailored specifically to increase P(2)O(5) available to crops, from
FIR's Integrated Processing facility in Delta, Utah. The Integrated Processing
Facility produces a variety of organic phosphate products including milled 10
