Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, is pleased to
announce that, at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company held on 31
July 2023, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting
were duly passed by shareholders.
