 * Announces preliminary results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2015 
 * Sees Q1 2015 loss per share $0.14 to $0.17 
 * Sees Q1 2015 revenue about $75 million 
 * Sees Q2 2015 revenue about $105 million to $115 million 
 * Larger than anticipated revenue reduction by a certain customer and the 
   unexpected operating costs in the first quarter were disappointing 
 * Including CDR's contribution in September, co expects to report revenue of 
   about $86 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2015
