** Keymed says it entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with pharmaceutical firm Aeira Pte, on marketing registration and commercialization of Stapokibart injection - an antibody drug for treatment of topic dermatitis, in 18 countries and regions including Southeast and Central Asia
** Keymed says it will receive an upfront payment, milestone payments and commercialization milestone payments and it is entitled to receive royalties of up to a high double-digit percentage based on product net sales in the licensed territory
** YTD, stock up 46.7%, Hang Seng Biotech Index .HSBIO up 10.6%
