Keystone Law Group plc (AIM:KEYS), the fast growing, UK Top 100, challenger law firm, announces that the Company has been informed that Ashley Miller, Finance Director sold 45,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each and William Robins, PDMR, sold 600,000 ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company.  The transactions completed on 16 September 2021 at a price of 820 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following this sale of shares, Ashley Miller now holds 202,672 ordinary shares, representing 0.65% of the Company's issued share capital and William Robins holds 653,698 ordinary shares, representing 2.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
