Keystone Law Group plc (AIM: KEYS), the fast growing, UK Top 100, challenger
law firm, announces that the Company has been informed that :

Simon Philips, Non Executive Director, bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.2
pence each ("Ordinary Shares) in the capital of the Company.  The transaction
was completed on 27 September 2022 at a price of 457 pence per Ordinary
Share.  Following this transaction, Simon Philips now holds 20,000 ordinary
shares in the Company and has an interest in a further 12,000 shares held by
Root Capital Fund II L.P. of which he is a Limited Partner.  These holdings
together represent 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.

Set out below are the notifications, made in accordance with the requirements
of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
