 * Says group recorded a decline in revenue for the six months ended 30 September 2015 by approximately 21.1% 
 * Expected that the group will record a loss for the year ending 31 March 2016 
 * Expected result was mainly due to decline in revenue of the group during the ten months ended 31 January 2016
