Sept 26 (Reuters) - Korporacja KGL SA  KGLP.WA : 
    * Said on Friday that it signed a preliminary conditional 
agreement to buy 100 pct in MOULDS Sp. z o.o. 
    * Said informed about negotiations to acquire minority stake 
in company in July  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN1AF12S 
    * The sale agreement will be signed after the conditions 
concerning reorganization in MOULDS Sp. z o.o. will be completed 
but no later than Dec. 31
