    * Says it plans to buy entire 1,000 shares of TJU ASSET
MANAGEMENT, LLC, a U.S. new drug R&D firm, from Coagentus
Pharma, LLC., for 18.9 billion won 
    * It will hold 100 percent stake in target company after
transaction
