    * Says its top shareholder Mizuho Securities Co Ltd will 
lower stake in co to 6.69 percent from 12.15 percent, after 
return of 2 million shares borrowed from other shareholders of 
co  
    * Mizuho Securities will become the second major shareholder 
of co after transaction  
    * Change will occur on Nov. 4
