Publication of the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual
General Meeting

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool
Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW on Thursday, 13 November 2025 at 10.00
am.

The Company has today made available on its website, www.kier.co.uk
(http://www.kier.co.uk) , the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30
June 2025 (the "Annual Report"), the Notice of AGM 2025 (the "AGM Notice") and
the Form of Proxy.

 

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R and Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rule 6.3.5, a copy of the Annual Report, the AGM Notice and the
Form of Proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in
unedited full text, and will be available for inspection at

A hard copy of the Annual Report and the AGM Notice will be posted on or
