Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities

Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 April 2024, certain persons
discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") acquired ordinary shares of
1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), following exercises of
options under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016 after the end of the
three year savings period, at an option price of £0.5645 per share.

Details of these transactions are set out in the table below.
