Notice of Results and Presentations

 

Kier Group plc ("the Group" or "Kier"), a leading UK infrastructure services,
construction and property group, will publish its Full Year 2025 ("FY25")
results on Tuesday, 16(th) September 2025.

 

Following the publication of its results Kier will host an Analyst
Presentation on 16(th) September and a Retail Investor Presentation on 25(th)
September - details set out below.

 

FY Results Analyst Presentation

 

The Group will host a presentation for analysts and institutional investors at
9:00am on Tuesday, 16(th) September 2025 at the offices of Deutsche Numis, 45
Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BF.
