Total Voting Rights

 

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1,
Kier Group plc (the "Company") notifies the market that, as at 30 November
2024, the Company's issued share capital comprised 452,875,390 ordinary shares
of 1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no
shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company as at 30 November 2024 is 452,875,390.

 

The figure 452,875,390 may be used by shareholders to determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
