    ** Stock hits its highest level since Oct. 5
    ** Mineral explorer says it has found new strike lengths of
rare earth element mineralisation at its Mick Well project in
Western Australia
    ** Says find increases cumulative strike length of
mineralisation mapped by co to more than 13.5km 
    ** More than 428,100 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 66,500
    ** Stock down 70.5% YTD, as of last close
