* Says Tokyo-based sub-subsidiary, which is engaged in
manufacture and sale of biomass raw materials, will buy land
leasehold for 4 million yen, for a term of 25 years
* Says the sub-subsidiary will buy woods for 33.1 million
yen, to use for biomass fuel
