** Shares of Koba Resources  KOB.AX  rise as much as 25% to
A$0.150, their highest level since July 26, 2023
    ** Stock set for best day since Nov 8, if gains hold
    ** The speciality miner says co entered binding agreements
with Havilah Resources  HAV.AX  to acquire an 80% interest in
uranium rights for onshore project in South Australia
    ** Co adds inaugural drilling programme at onshore project
to start after completion of transaction in 2Q2024
    ** Around 956,401 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 104,264 shares
    ** Stock up 71.4% this year, as of last close
