Holding(s) in Company

 

Kodal Minerals, the mineral exploration and development company, was informed
on 21 January 2025 that Suay Chin International Pte Ltd ("Suay Chin") sold
3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.03125 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 0.44 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this sale
of Ordinary Shares as well as earlier sales of Ordinary Shares, Suay Chin now
holds 2,226,107,425 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.99% of
the Company's issued share capital.
