    * Says it will buy 2.4 million shares of Pharos Vaccine, a 
medicine and medicine supplies firm, from a life science 
company, for business diversity  
    * Transaction amount is 18.21 billion won  
    * Says it will hold 50.2 percent stake(2.4 million shares) 
in Pharos Vaccine, after the transaction
