    * Says Park Chan Jung has sold entire 20.3 percent stake(3.0 
million shares) in the company 
    * Says a private equity investment trust has bought 11.9 
percent stake(1.8 million shares) and holds 11.9 percent stake 
in the company, after the transaction  
    * The private equity investment trust becomes top 
shareholder of the company, replacing Park Chan Jung, effective
