Brief: Komputronik announces change in its shareholding structure

Dec 17 (Reuters) - Komputronik SA  KOMP.WA : 
    * Said on Wednesday that on Dec. 10 WB Investments 
Limited sold all 2,728,951 shares held of Komputronik for total 
price of 30.0 million zlotys ($7.59 million) to Poland-based WB 
iTOTAL sp. z o.o.  
    * Cyprus-based EKB Investments Limited transferred its all 
2,557,036 shares held in Komputronik for total price of 28.1 
million zlotys to Poland-based EKB sp. z o.o. 
    * EKB sp. z o.o. holds currently 2,557,036 shares of 
Komputronik representing 26.71 percent stake and WB iTOTAL sp. z 
o.o. holds currently 2,728,951 shares of Komputronik 
representing 28.51 percent stake 
    * WB Investments Limited and WB iTOTAL sp. z o.o. are 
companies affiliated to the company's chairman of the management 
board, Wojciech Buczkowski 
    * EKB sp. z o.o. is affiliated unit of company's proxy Ewa 
Buczkowska and chairman of the supervisory board of Krzysztof 
Buczkowski
