KONAMI HOLDINGS CORPORATION (the "Company") hereby announces that it has conducted the repurchase of its own shares pursuant to the provision of Article 156 of the Companies Act, as applied pursuant to the provision of Article 165, Paragraph 3 thereof, as below.
The Company has completed the repurchase of its own shares pursuant to the resolution of the Board of Directors' meeting held on December 3, 2015 with the executionof the following repurchase.
