KONAMI HOLDINGS CORPORATION (the "Company") hereby announces the adjustment of the conversion price for its 10,000,000,000 yen Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2022 (the "Bonds").

The Payment of such dividend was approved at the meeting of the board of directors on May 21, 2020.
