Kooth plc

("Kooth" or the "Group")

Contract with State of Pennsylvania formalised

Kooth, the UK's leading digital mental health platform, announces that,
following its announcement of 27 September 2022 relating to the agreement of
terms of a significant US contract, this contract has now been formalised and
signed by the Group and the State of Pennsylvania, USA.

As previously announced, the contract will run for an initial pilot phase over
the course of an academic year and is valued at $3 million to Kooth. During
the pilot phase the Group will provide its platform to 30 school districts
within Pennsylvania, encompassing a school population of 150,000 students. If
the pilot is successful, it could be extended to include more of the State's
500 school districts.

Tim Barker, Chief Executive Officer of Kooth, said:

"We are delighted that this contract, which represents a major step in our
drive to expand in the US, is now formalised and that we can not only begin
working to bring our leading digital mental health platform to this new market
but, more importantly, to help children and young people across the State of
Pennsylvania. We look forward to our work with the State and will also work to
ensure that other public and private bodies across the US are aware of the
positive impact that Kooth's platform can have on peoples' mental health."
