Transfer of Treasury Shares & Exercise of Options
Kooth, a leading provider of digital mental health services, announces that it
has on 31 July 2025 transferred 46,875 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the
"Ordinary Shares") from its treasury account in order to satisfy share options
exercised by a former employee within the terms of the Company Long Term
Incentive Plan.
Following the exercise of share options, the Company's issued ordinary share
capital consists of 36,694,683 Ordinary Shares, of which a total of 843,843
Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary
Shares with voting rights in the Company is 35,850,840.
The above figure of 35,850,840 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
