Transfer of Treasury Shares, Exercise of Options & Total Voting Rights
Kooth, a leading provider of digital mental health services, announces that it
has on 27 February 2026 transferred 227,907 ordinary shares of 5 pence each
(the "Ordinary Shares") from its treasury account in order to satisfy share
options exercised by current and former employees within the terms of the
Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.
Following the exercise of share options, the Company's issued ordinary share
capital consists of 36,694,683 Ordinary Shares, of which a total of 433,371
Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary
Shares with voting rights in the Company is 36,261,312.
The above figure of 36,261,312 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
