    * Acquisition of a 15% and a 5% equity interests and 
assignments of shareholders' loans in Ideaplan Investments 
Limited 
    * Entered into SPA 1 with first vendor to acquire 15% equity 
interest in ideaplan for  consideration of about hk$164.3 
million 
    * Announces SPA 2 with second vendor to acquire 5% equity 
interest in Ideaplan for an aggregate consideration of 
approximately hk$54.8 million
