Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

 

The Board of Directors of KR1 plc announces the publication today of a
supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the
Placing Programme of up to 125,000,000 Ordinary Shares of KR1 plc.

 

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement
under the Prospectus Regulation Rules following the publication of the
Company's report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

 

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with
the prospectus dated 29 October 2025 relating to the above-mentioned Placing
Programme (the "Prospectus").
