Appointment of Director

 

KRM22 Plc (AIM: KRM) the technology and software investment company that
focuses on risk management for capital markets, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Justin Llewellyn-Jones as Non-Executive Director of the Company
with effect from 7 January 2026.

 

Justin Llewellyn-Jones has over three decades of experience in fintech and
financial services.  Justin joined Trading Technologies International, Inc.
("TT") as Chief Operating Officer in January 2024 before becoming Chief
Executive Officer on the 31 March 2025.  Before TT, he was Chief Product
Officer for Capital Markets at Broadridge and led their North American Capital
Markets operations in Equities, FX and Derivatives.  His career includes
leadership roles at ION and Fidessa, where he served as Global Head of
Derivatives and COO Americas.  Justin's career also spans foundational
positions at ADP-Wilco and NatWest.  He brings extensive expertise in
multi-asset trading, product development and operational strategy across
futures, options, FX, fixed income and compliance technology.

(g), of the AIM Rules in respect of the appointment of Justin Llewellyn-Jones.
