values said on Wednesday it has received letter of award (LOA)
worth 277.8 mln rupees ($3.34 million) 
    ** Share price above 50-day, 100-day and 200-day exponential
moving averages since July 20, suggesting bullish trend
    ** More than 46,000 shares change hands by 9:25 a.m. IST,
0.4x 30-day avg
    ** Stock last up 3%, bumping YTD gains to about 55.6%
