** Industrial machinery and equipment maker's Q4 consol profit rises 10.8% y/y despite one-time charge of 255 mln rupees  ($2.8 mln) due to implementation of new labour codes; rev up ~8%

** Stock moving above its 50-day, 100-day simple moving avg

** More than 2.1 mln shares traded - 30x their 30-day moving avg - in stock's busiest session since November 28, 2025

** YTD, KSBL up 1%
