Aug 25 (Reuters) - Kureha Corp 4023.T
* Says it will issue 6th series unsecured corporate bonds
worth 7 billion yen
* The bonds are each with face value of 100 million yen,
issue price at 100 yen per face value of 100 yen, maturity date
on Sept. 1, 2022 and coupon rate 0.14 percent per annum
* Subscription date on Aug. 25 and payment date on Sept. 1
* Daiwa Securities Co.Ltd., Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd.,
Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd. and SMBC
Nikko Securities Inc. will serve as underwriters
* The proceeds will be used for bond repayment and capital
expenditure
