    * Entered subscription agreement with Sino Coronet, 
substantial shareholder interested in about 11.25 percent in 
issued share capital of co 
    * Co to allot and issue, and Sino Coronet will subscribe 
for, 140 million subscription shares at subscription price of 
HK$1.30 per subscription share 
    * Net proceeds of the subscription after fees & related 
expenses) expected to be about HK$181.3 million
