* Says KYORIN Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the
company, has executed a collaboration agreement with FAES FARMA,
S.A. for the exclusive development and distribution rights to
Imidafenacin, a treatment for overactive bladder (OAB) that was
discovered and developed by Kyorin Pharmaceutical, in Latin
America (13 central and south countries including Brazil and
Mexico)
