** Platinum Capital PMC.AX shares up 1.9% to A$1.345, their highest level since June 11

** Investment firm proposes special dividend if scheme to restructure co becomes effective

** Co says shareholders who have acquired shares on or before July 5 entitled to the proposed special dividend

** YTD, PMC down 4.3%
