** Lithium developer says energy supplier YPF Luz has completed front-end engineering design study for delivery of power to co's flagship Kachi Lithium Brine Project in Argentina

** Study shows grid power is a viable solution to meet the project's power demands

** Co uses ion exchange extraction technology for production of high-purity lithium from Kachi project

** About 45 mln shares change hands, 16x the 30-day avg of 2.8 mln shares
