("Landore Resources" or the "Company")

Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Landore Resources Limited (AIM:LND) announces that it has received a notice to
exercise warrants over a total of 185,185 Ordinary Shares (the "Warrant
Shares"), for which funds of £37,037 have been received by the Company.

Application will be made for the admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on
AIM ("Admission"). The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective on or
around 8.00 a.m. on 21 April 2022.

Following the Admission of the Warrant Shares, William Humphries has an
interest in 5,616,041 ordinary shares, representing 5.18 per cent. of the
enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of
108,309,012 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Landore Resources does not
hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure of 108,309,012 may be used
by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they require to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The relevant notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the
requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the Market Abuse Regulation
(EU) No 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union
(Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
