("Landore Resources" or the "Company")

Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Landore Resources Limited (AIM:LND) announces that it has received a notice to
exercise warrants over a total of 400,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Warrant
Shares"), for which funds of £80,000.00 have been received by the Company.

Application will be made for the admission of the Warrant Shares to trading on
AIM ("Admission"). The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the existing
Ordinary Shares and it is expected that Admission will become effective on or
around 8.00 a.m. on 29 June 2022.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of
111,101,280 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Landore Resources does not
hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure of 111,101,280 may be used
by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they require to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the UK
Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
